That’s Groovy Baby! This is a super fun vintage 70’s Blouse. The only tag is the “Parade” brand tag. While doing some research, it looks like a different garment with this same feather pattern fabric was used in an Austin Powers film “Gold Member”, I added some photos at the end. Overall this blouse is in good condition, the only notable flaw is it’s missing the bottom button. Could easily be replaced, or if you wear it tucked in you probably don’t need it. Since there isn’t a content tag I can’t say for sure, but it definitely feels like Polyester. Color is like a rich coral red color, feathers are gray.
